A: Industry standard is 8 weeks. Pieces can arrive sooner than our quoted lead time depending on stock availability. Some custom manufacturers quote longer lead times, 8-12 weeks to produce an order. Lead times are estimated and are based on several variables. They are not considered exact arrival dates.
A: Yes. Coastal Furniture warranties apply to the original purchaser of the furniture. We assist the customer in the exercise of all manufacturer warranties. Most companies offer a 1 year complete warranty of their furniture with extensions on particulars. We will continue to service any product that we sell to the original purchaser regardless of how long he/she has owned the furniture provided that any needed parts are still available. This does not apply to furniture bought on Clearance or for Commercial use.
